Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for perishable items designed for human consumption as these are unable to be re-sold to other customers. 

Damage or Other Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or your receive the wrong order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  However, please do not open the tin of caviar until you are ready to eat it, once opened the caviar should be consumed within 2-3 days.  If when you open the tin there is an issue, you can report it to us at that time.
