Our Story
Always passionate about fine food, Alison Mckenzie embarked on a journey to bring the finest quality caviar to the UK. A former colleague introduced her to Matteo Giovannini, a third generation fish farmer with a long and rich history.
This meeeting was the start of something special. With shared values, they explored the potential of working together. In 2019, Caviar and Cocktails became the exclusive UK subsidiary of the world renowned Adamas Caviar.
Our team today is small, but perfectly formed. Alison is supported by an in-house team of caviar packing experts and her Italian partners Sergio Nannini and Matteo Giovannini for the perfect blend of passion, expertise and skill.

Caviar Collection
Nurtured in the pristine spring waters of the Tormo River National Park, not far from Milan, Adamas Caviar is an extremely versatile caviar, renowned for its exquisite taste profile. Produced in the traditional 'Malossol' method, our pure-bred sturgeon are raised with pride and passion, respecting ancient traditions. Taking eight to twenty-five years to mature our sturgeon are farmed at our own family-run, sustainable farm to the highest welfare standards.
